Safety Instructions
CANDLES
Never, EVER leave a burning candle unattended. This includes not leaving your candle burning while taking a short nap or making a quick trip to the grocery store. And yes, this does apply to YOU!
Never, EVER allow children or pets near a burning candle or hot, melted wax.
Do NOT burn your candle near curtains, under overhead cabinets, or near objects that might come near the flame.
Melted wax is NOT lotion. No matter what you have heard or read, melted wax will burn you. Not all fragrance is skin safe. If you want body lotion, buy body lotion. Candle wax is NOT intended for use on your skin.
Trim wicks before lighting your candle. Wicks should be 1/2 inch in length or shorter. Trimming your wick before each time you light your candle will prevent wick smoking and will ensure your candle burns evenly.
Do NOT allow debris to collect in your candle. Debris is flammable. Do NOT allow it to collect in your melt pool.
The first time you light your candle, burn it until you get an even melt pool that covers the top of the candle. Depending upon the diameter of your candle, this could take 3 or 4 hours. A full melt pool the first time you burn your candle will ensure an even burn and will prevent "tunneling". Do NOT burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Remove all decorative trim such as ribbon and hang tags before lighting your candle.
Do NOT burn your candle until there is nothing left. When there is approximately 1 inch left in the bottom, discontinue use and throw the thing away. It didn't cost that much. Buy a new one.
When using our wax melts or wickless candles, turn the warmer off when leaving the
premises.
Above all else, USE COMMON SENSE!

Our products are made with skin safe ingredients, including skin safe scent and color. It is not our responsibility to monitor your allergies. If your skin is sensitive or you are prone to rashes or other inflamations or dermatitis, please buy your body products from someone else.
If you experience unusual reactions when using our products, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
As with candles, when using our body products, USE COMMON SENSE.
